Newsletter subscription
We use your newsletter email address, selected language, consent and confirmation timestamps to manage subscriptions and send updates. Confirm your subscription by email; unsubscribe using the link in each email. Preview requests are saved privately without sending confirmation emails or adding you to the live mailing list.
External maps
The Contact page embeds Google Maps, which connects to Google when a map loads. Google Maps and Waze directions and official social profile links are subject to the respective services’ data practices.
External video player
Video pages use YouTube privacy-enhanced embeds. Connections to YouTube occur and YouTube data practices apply during playback.
Purpose and information collected
The form collects your name, email, optional company, inquiry category, message and consent record to respond to and manage inquiries. For career inquiries, your selected role and experience summary are used for recruitment discussions and selection communications.
Storage and service providers
Preview test submissions are stored privately on GB10. Production notifications will use an approved email service. The proposed test retention is deletion within 30 days after review; production retention and providers must be finalised before launch.
Analytics and your choice
The preview sends no data to Google Analytics. If analytics is enabled in production, page paths and interaction events are sent after consent. Names, emails, form text and URL query parameters are excluded. Change your analytics choice from the footer.
AI-assisted navigation
Bona Navigator uses only a selected objective and public service information. The website assistant processes your question and recent questions on our managed AI infrastructure to search published website content. Conversation text is not persistently stored or used for training. Detected contact details are rejected, but detection is imperfect: do not enter personal or confidential information. Choosing the inquiry button stores your topic and references in browser session storage for up to 30 minutes and carries them into an editable inquiry draft. Inquiry contents are not sent to AI. AI guidance is not individual professional advice or an approval decision.
